Case Study
Project forwarding by royal command

When our client wanted to ensure that the structural buildings would be in place and on time for the inaugural Bahrain Air Show, attended by the King of Bahrain, he enlisted the services of a company he knew would be able to deliver – Bower Green.

Bower Green had already impressed the client with their delivery and management of similar projects for both the Paris and Farnborough Air Shows.

This prestigious project forwarding contract for Bahrain involved our logistics team chartering aircraft and using both standard and specialised container equipment for sea freight.

We had an on-site presence throughout and dealt with all the documentation requirements to ensure that the project ran smoothly and that all the components arrived safely and on time.

In total we were responsible for the movement of 2500 tonnes of material and equipment from the UK to Bahrain using 5 jumbo jets and more than 100 sea freight containers. The show proved an enormous success.
